Roberta Serdoz ha iniziato a lavorare per la Rai nel 1992 nella redazione di MIXER (1989-1997) il programma ideato e condotto da Giovanni Minoli. Al centro dei suoi interessi la cronaca e la politica a cominciare dai difficili anni delle stragi di Capaci e via D’Amelio. Lascia i programmi e si avvicina ai telegiornali con David Sassoli, collaborando agli speciali realizzati da Rai1 e Tg1. Nel 1999 approda al Tg3. Lavora come inviata nella redazione cronaca dove rimane fino al 2021 arrivando a ricoprire negli anni ruoli di coordinamento giornalistico. Dal debutto di Linea notte del Tg3 (ottobre 2008) ha condotto il notiziario e la rassegna stampa. Nel 2021 viene nominata responsabile della TgR Lazio e da gennaio 2024 è vicedirettrice nazionale della TGR Rai. Ha ricevuto diversi premi giornalistici, tra cui il Saint Vincent e l’Internazionale di cultura e giornalismo di Santa Margherita Ligure.
Roberta Serdoz began working for Rai in 1992 in the editorial staff of MIXER (1989-1997), the program created and hosted by Giovanni Minoli.
